Trunk Spring Rubber piece
Does anyone know of a source for just the little rubber piece in the bottom of the trunk springs?
Late Model restorations has the entire assembly for 12.99 each but I really only need the little piece that goes in the bottom.
Anyone made their own?

Any luck? Trunk Spring Rubber piece
I know its been a while but were you able to locate the rubber pieces that attach to the end of the trunk springs??? I cannot justify spending $35.00 to replace the entire set of springs when all I need are the rubber bumper ends that are located on the body side, not the trunk lid side.

Junk yards .
BTW they are called stop bumpers and trunk bumpers. You can search Google and get tons of hits for them under $5. They seem to be different from year model to year model so look carefully at the year dates they are for.
I dont think store bought you'll find them without springs.

Update to my reply here. I now make and sell these, I will give all fellow forum members a discount $4 plus S&H, reach out to me on my personal email and I'll get some made up. Best of luck.
Also, since printing my set I have had zero issues of any kind on my 2006 GT
