how many pulls did you do? if you only did 1, then of course it's going to seem a bit low. during a club dyno day, every mustang dyno'd anywhere from 5-15RWHP higher on the second run, after the car was warmed up.

Did 2 pulls. The first one I SWEAR it was 172...Oh well. We'll see what it is after the Diablo Tune and T/B...

where did you get the pulleys? i could use a few more horses. to whoop some more ***.

oh, BTW, Booze. Extrude honing and porting are the same thing by different means. extrude honing is done by firing abrasive media through whatever is being ported to port it, and regular old porting is done by hand or CNC machine. and doing it by hand is a BITCH. trust me
Yes, extrude honing is doing the same thing as the old school way of P&P, but extrude honing is much better because it gets to areas that can't be done manually, PLUS it is a precision system so that all ports are identical on every square inch of internal surface area which is impossible to do manually. So bottom line, extrude is a MUCH better process. I've done it both ways, so I know first hand.

Extrude honing is done on a computerized machine and has to be taken to a shop that specializes in doing extrude honing.
