Default 98 ford v6 mustang with electrical issues after battery died.

I have a 98 ford v6 mustang that has been having electrical issues since the key was accidentally left on and the battery ran down on Thursday. Any way when I went to remove the battery one of the battery connectors snap so I had to replace it. After charging the battery and replacing the connector on the battery cable that leads to the fuse box everytime I put the battery cable on fuse #18 would blow. After replacing the fuse 7 times I decided to change the crank sensor which made the fuse stop blowing but the car still will not start so I took it to ford and they replaced the a part relating to the antitheft system which still did not fix it.

Does the car start? Does the engine turn over? Have you checked to see if it has spark?
Can you post a pic of the cable you replaced?
