Default Upgraded suspension options.

I am working on my 2001 v6's suspension. I'm wondering if I will be happier with bilstein coilovers and CC plates, or MM FLSCs and torque arm and PB

With the age of your ride, new suspension bushings (e.g. control arm, shock tower & sway bar) would be the most bang for your buck. Especially if you do the work yourself and switch to polyurethane bushings (like Energy Suspension bushings). It will firm up your suspension & improve handing. The job can be done in a day if you take your time. And does not require Air Tools, but it does help. Good luck...

Tq arm and PHB won't work on your 7.5" rear.
The coil overs are probably a big stretch for a street driven car as well.

For the money, I'd look into a good set of shocks/struts and new springs to wake up your suspension.

FLSFC's and new bushings would make your car handle/ride better than new.

Depending on what springs you purchase, C/C plates might be needed. Bumpsteer kit is another thing to look into.
