Whats the biggest Difference between long tubes and shorty headers?

Default Whats the biggest Difference between long tubes and shorty headers?

Lookin for some headers, not too sure what the biggest difference is between the long or short, but ive notice alot of people say go with long tubes...i have my eyes on MAC long tubes, but id still like to know the difference between the two!

Deeper sound, less rasp, a little more power. Mine do sometimes drag over speed bumps and such. Very annoying.

Long tubes give more performance because it allows more time for the air to travel and cool off before it reaches the catalytic ( I think ). But Definitely go with the longtubes because they will sound better, and give you better bang for your buck. With the longtubes. I personally love the Longtubes, off road H pipe with flowmaster 40's set up. But everyones different. Look it up on youtube see what you like best.
