Default 1996 Mustang with no Electrical power at all!

My 1996 mustang has no electrical power at all! I checked all the fuses and cleaned the battery and replaced the starter but still no power! I dont know what to do so please help

Did you check to make sure the ground cable to the body has not become corroded or broken? I am talking about the ground line to the body not the battery.

Ya it turned out being a power cord from the battery was not hooked up to the fuse box under the hood.
