Default problem, unknown piece

Hello everyone, I have bought a 1995 Mustang convertible v6 a week ago and I have tried to pass the SMOG test this afternoon but my car failed due to the fact that there is "check engine" on the dashboard all the time, I have looked to my engine, and I have seen that there is a cable which is unplugged, (the piece is broken) and I don't know the name of the piece, so I went to the nearest Ford dealer and they sid that this piece is discontinued, there is some pics so can you help me for fixing that? thanks in advance!

its a 90* elbow for a vacuum line, The hose goes to the PCV or Positive Crankcase Ventilation system. The reason that can cause a check engine light to be on is the hole in the intake pipe allows un-metered air to get into the engine which throws off you air fuel ratio. Go to autozone and ask the guys there, they can come out and take a look and most likely find you a way of re-attaching it.

While your there you can also have them run a computer check and tell you why the Service engine light is on so long as it's OBD II compatible

If you did not find one at Autozone , Home depot or Lowes sells 90 degree plastic elbows in the plumbing section.

Thanks, but I have glue the 2 parts of the elbow and it works... for the moment, yesterday the car pass the SMOG! after spending 10h at Midas, where they are totally incompetent, I have paid $500 and they have to change 3 time the parts! fortunately they paid for me the SMOG test and a rental car for the day! so happy end!
