Default O2 sensor problems

I had the codes pulled for my check engine light. There were 3 codes that were in the computer.

P1150 - Lack of heated O2 sensor ( Bank 2 Sensor 1) switch apapt at limit.
P1151 - Bank 2 Sensor 1 switch point incicates lean.
P0174 - Bank 2 system too lean.

Im going to get that sensor today. I guess one question I have is where is that sensor located on what side of the car? And would it cause these kind of problems or do I have other issues as well?

1) Seems to Idle a bit rough.
2) Feels down on power. ( Could be me just thinking. )
3) Awful gas mileage.
4) When traveling at speed say 40 mph and holding that speed. It feels like its kind of surging or even stuttering/cutting out.

I have no problem starting the car or pushing on the gas and going. Any help is welsome. thanks in advance.
