Take a look at aVortech or Procharger bracket and you'll see why brackets are so bulky. They have to be

okay i get it. last thing i saw a picture on the ssm site with the cut out and powersteering doing that would mean not driveing it much cus of flexing right?

Look to reduce weight in other areas of the car. Seems
A waist of time and does more damage to a street car,verses the little amount of weight you will remove..
