I know people that work at pep boys and jiffy lube that don't even change there own oil and haven't even been to college who's last job was flippin burgers and they got fired from that, I sure as hell wouldn't trust them with my car, next time you need an oil change if you can't do it on your own carry it to a dealership.

Exactly, call the business and threaten them with a lawyer. Calling the BBB doesn't do ****, half the time they could care less about that one. But threatening them with both the BBB and a lawyer will get them kissing your ***. They broke it they fix it.
