Well Im a daily driver and I drive stang just becos I like the look of it and its been my dream car. I'm pretty satisfied with the performance as of now but want to save some gas if possible by taking out some weight.

You're gonna have to drop a LOT of weight to have your MPG increase. To be honest, on a street car, you'll spend more to get it light than you would just to pay the extra couple of pennies when you fill up. Best way to get more milage out of it is to keep it running well: Fluid changes, air filter, fuel filter, good spark plugs/wires, good tires/pressure, proper alignment, etc... Oh, and don't stomp on the gas all the time.
