Default Gas mileage issues

Ok, I have a 03' v6. I have cleaned the IAC, throttle body, MAF, replaced 2 front O2 sensors, new single exhaust installed, checked tire pressure/ rotated and balanced them, installed CAI.

I am still only getting about 250-280 miles on a full tank. Is this normal for a v6 3.8? I set cruise at 73 and do mostly highway driving. I'm not heavy on the gas either.

Just wondering as I would expect at least 18-20 mpg highway.

My cobra got 23 mpg at 75 on my last trip from mass to Maine, my GT did 21 the same trip, and my 6er would do 18-19 but only if I dropped the speed to 68ish, a v8 is working a lot less thus using less fuel to move the same 3200lb car then a v6 does

id run a bottle of techron fuel injector cleaner, run full bottle on 1/4 tank of gas. should help break down build up around the injectors. id also change the spark plugs & wires. makes a big difference.
