Man that sucks, do you do a lot of city driving, because if that is hwy milage, you might want to get that checked out, only when I am on the road all the time do I ever fall below 300.

Well in that case you should still hit between 280-310 miles per tank.

Yeah, I got to 290 this last time. But I felt I really got near running out of gas since the needle was below the empty.

I try not to let it get below 1/4 tank. When it gets real low, is when you start picking up crap from the bottom of the tank. The sediments you get when you fill up from dirty gas stations. I know, the pumps have filters, but crap still gets through. I know, I used to change the filters on the pumps at a few stations....

ya, i go about a quarter, and its not fair, im gettin 22 with 3.27s[:@], too bad i can afford gears and a t-lok right now, plus the tune, and an exhaust, and underdrive pullies, and a steeda suspension, i had a K & N filter with the silencer removed, but that killed my milage, so a CAI too, maybe ill get a turbonator though anyone ever try to do the custom home made CAI form mustang world?

I did a check about 3 weeks ago and got 21 MPG with mods....If you are bone stock there is no reason you shouldn't be in that same range if not higher.
