Seat upholstery options

My driver's seat wore a hole in the bottom and back cushion and the foam has started disintegrating and coming out through the hole... so I need more than just a seat cover. I ordered replacement seat cushions from Ford and got them in... but they're just that - foam with no upholstery. Do I have any options for applying upholstery to the new cushions? I've been rather unsuccessful searching around for replacing seat upholstery. Seems all anyone sells are either covers or complete seat replacements.

You can buy factory covers, they're on eBay. The whole seat has to come out to replace
it all for the most part, can't find it, you're not looking hard enough. They're not cheap either,
so find someone selling seats, or you got to buy the replacement covers. $700 for just
front seats, so.... Check FB Marketplace for seats, or the groups...

Yeah, I've seen some of the $700 options, usually they include the seat foam (entire seat replacements). Maybe I'm not using the right terms to describe what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a path forward using the foam I purchased (unfortunately around April last year - I put the repair on pause for quite a while, and a return isn't an option anymore). Or do I just need to cut my losses, throw them away and go with the whole seat replacement option?

If it matters, this is for a 2004 coupe.

The upholstery is basically a factory seat cover, so you need a FACTORY one, and as I said,
they're on eBay, but you're better of looking for a whole seat for what it costs... $170.00
or more, for a seat bottom factory cover...
