Missing CCRM connector pins??? Fuel pump fuse getting 0.4V??
Hey guys, title speaks for itself. I bought an 03 v6 convertible mustang that wouldn't start, and it seemed like it wasn't getting fuel. The fuel pump fuse is getting 0.4 volts with the key in the on position, and 0.5 when I try to crank it. The CCRM, which includes the fuel pump relay, is getting 13.5 or so volts, but it seems to be missing several pins, one of which is pin 5, which goes to the fuel pump relay. Images below.
Anyways, those pins aren't supposed to be missing, right? Anyone ever see anything like this? Anyone ever see an actually working CCRM connector for that generation of v6 mustang? Any tips on what to do next? Do I need to solder new pins in, or just get a new connector, or what?
Thanks guys!

Update: those pins are actually unused lol, i was looking at it upside down. The issue was the fuel pump. It starts runs and drives now! It just runs lean which I think is an O2 sensor problem (Also a MAF code I resolved with a new MAF sensor)
