Default 95 Mustang 3.8L No Start (Has spark and fuel at the rail)

My wife and I have a 95 Mustang with a 3.8. We've had to do some work to it because it was definitely neglected when we bought it. We got it to start on starter fluid a few weeks ago. However now it won't even start on starter fluid. The parts that have been replaced are as follows

-Cam Sensor
-Crank Sensor
-Fuel Pump
-Fuel Filter
-Starter
-Battery

The engine has spark as we used a spark tester on all cylinders, and it has fuel at the rail at the schrader valve at the very least. We bought a compression tester and a fuel pressure tester to try later this week as we need them for all of our project cars. This one has me stumped because it still won't even start on starter fluid. It tries to, but it won't.

Before we go about doing a compression test, and the fuel pressure test at the rail, does anyone have any other ideas?

We got this car to get it running for her for her first mustang, and I'd really like to try and get it going by this summer. Any help is much appreciated!

Almost sounds like a bad/uncharged battery if everything else in in order. I know you said you replaced it but at the very least check the battery with a multimeter and make sure you are getting 12 volts. Slightly under charged batteries can be sneaky.

How does the vehicle behave when you turn the key to crank the engine over? Does it click or does it crank over?

The first thing I would check if it cranks without start is the fuel pump shutoff switch. It's located in the trunk on the driver's side near the taillight.

If the starter clicks for a second, I would double check your connections. I had an issue with my 2003 V6 where the positive terminal wasn't fully seated and the starter clicked once and the car lost all power.

Let me know if that helps! :3
