Default No start ccrm buzzing

Ok I am at the end of my rope. I bought my son a 2003 3.8 with less than 100,000. My first Ford I have bought. I got it from someone I trust. The car had sat for a few months. Went to start it and nothing. So figured battery. Replaced it. Then it would crank no start. Checked fuel rails and nothing. Sprayed starter fluid in air intake and still no start. Did research and found out about pats system. The light was flashing. Got it to stop and started staring fluid again and it started. So I was still not getting fuel in the rails. I disconnected the fuel pump to test for power. It had power. When I connected it back up it started to prime a couple of times. Theft light started flashing, display reads ———- and the CCRM just non stop buzzes. Checked fuses and fuse for instrument panel, ccrm and security was blown. I replaced and still nothing. I got a new ccrm and same thing. I have checked all the grounds I can find they all look good. I got the car for him at Christmas and I can not figuring out. Spent hours looking on line and came across a couple of forums that had the same exact thing but never posted the fix. So I decided to make my first post. Any help or tips would be awesome. Most the work I do on cars are pre computer and not very knowledgeable on electronic. Thank you

Go to basics. Engine needs a number of things to start.
Starter must crank engine.
Fuel must be present under pressure at the injectors.
Spark must be available to spark plugs.
Sufficient air must be entering engine.

In order: Engine cranks.
Check for adequate fuel pressure.
Is spark available? Question camshaft position sensor/ crankshaft position sensor outputs.
Idle Air Control must be opening to admit air.

Checked all these yet?

Default Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have checked everything and checked again. I am about 90 % sure it’s a bad gem, or a ground issue. I just need to do some research to see if gem can cause the pcm not to reapond

Also check the fuel pump driver module. Its located in the trunk on the driver side, behind the paneling. Also, check the Fuel rail pressure switch. I replaced those on my 2003 3.8 and she runs now.
