Will I win???
Just thought that I would ask, now a couple of my buddies are like dude he has an auto what are you talking about. I havent seen the car accept while driving past it, if it is a manual this kid is incredibly dumb and I really doubt he knows how to launch for one and for two shift fast. But I agree he has me largely on the torque, but if we go from a roll ya never know. But like I have said before I dont think we will be racing or a while like til spring or so, because I dont like to beat on my car when there is snow on the ground or even when its real cold out, like they say the engine and heat may be warm but the suspension and rest of the car prolly isn't. By Spring I plan to have at LEAST a Diablo predator tuner and hopefully exhaust. I really want tint and rims though too. I am not sure what will be first...

that tq they have is MASSIVE. My brother has a 95 GT *(5.0) and has ALL the bolts on it...from hpipe, headers to gears, pullies, cai. I drive my car and my car HAULS up top on the RPMs bc of the rebuilt engine and boost of the blower...but the GT HAULS MASSIVE *** from idle up to some 4500rpms then it barely stays steady in power...going into 2nd gear....its really over for you...those cars can really haul ***....being it was the last 5.0L mustang built it is a big block 302 that is very strong. I could not imagine one of those with a blower..HOLY LORD!
Your bods are basically a ram intake...which is like 5hp or so...the exhaust mod you did does nothing for power...so thats a huge disadvantage...with GEARS/TLOK you may keep up at launch but would need more power to win.
The tq it has will OWN you right off the line and there is no catching up after that unless you have about 100hp over him

I found out though that his is a 94 not the 95 which was the last year for the 5.0 either way his is stock older more miles and MAYBE even an auto... I guess we will have to wait til spring to see the true winner of hte race

yea the only way to see for sure is to race him...just get some more mods like some 4.10's, t-loks, pulleys, and maybe a real cai instead of ram air and id say ud be able to at least hang with him....
