your fuel pump is inside the gas tank, its not an inline pump. kinda makes this whole thing harder. you have to drop the tank unbolt the pump and pull it out.

As far as the question, the relay on most of the cars I've worked on it attached to or right on top of the fuel pump. So you're going to have to drop the fuel tank anyway to get to it most likely.
