I just got Cobra R body kit and as you all know the front bumper is not made for a registration plate. I live in IL and both front and rear plates are supposed to be on a car. I was thinking of putting it on inside the windshield. I just want to know what you think, and if anyone had the same problem.

How bad are the cops in your area?I would put it in your windshield. If you get pulled over then you can just tell the cop that you have been meaning to put it in and will do it when you get home. I don't think I have ever known anyone to get pulled over for having their plate in the front windshield.

Shouldn't you have checked into that before you ordered the bodykit or had it put on?

 

Yeah I know I should have, but I just like that body kit too much. I think I won't have any problem for having it inside. But if they realy want me to put it on the bumper I'll find some way to put it on w/o making the wholes.
