Default alright guys.

i dont hang around in here as much as i used to, but i think this is goodbye. i had a tire blowout this morning, and it caused my car to jerk off the road into a pole. the damage was pretty substantial, and id be really surprised if insurance doesnt total it.

im about a month short of the approx date of getting a new car, so im not sure what im going to do as far as what im going to end up with. im gonna take a guess and say that im not going to end up with another v6 mustang. if i am fourtinate enough to geta mustangat this date, it would be a Mach 1, which is what i had planned to get in about a month... but obviously i need a car, so im not sure what the situation is going to be regarding a mach1. my thinking is, im gonna get one next month, it would just be a waste of money to not do it now... but whether or not i can come up with a down payment, or if i can be lucky enough to have decent payments without a down, will determine that.

if i can get ahold of a camera soon, ill grab some pictures while im in the area. otherwise ill see about getting some tomorrow. nothing too special though.

At this rate, there won't be any knowledgeable people left on the sixxer board!

sorry to hear about the car, hope you get something out of your insurance company. You didn't say if you were hurt or not, but since you're on the computer, I'll assume you made it though alright.

I don't know how much you'll be looking to spend on your next car, but don't jump too quickly. I loved mustangs when I had mine, I was a ford only guy...Then I test drove a corvette. Not knocking on the mustang, but a c4 vette or an ls1 camaro would be an excellent option.

Or, you could go find one of those $12K terminators...I'm still looking for one myself!

nah im fine. luckly my neck broke my fall. just kidding

no, but ive been looking at mach 1's for the better part of a year now, so i know what im looking for. im willing to spend about $19.5k if i have to, but im definitely gonna look to find one a little cheaper. my main concern is mileage though. id like to find one with under 40k, under 30k if the price is right. theres a few with under 30k going for about $18k, which is pretty good, but id love to get it around $17.5k if i can.
