Default Pre dyno concerns

My car goes back on the dyno in 2 days and I have the pre dyno gitters. I dont know about you guys, but I get nervous every time my car goes on the dyno. Part of the reason I have a negative impression towards dyno tunes is b/c my firts one a year ago didnt go too well. It took the last guy 3 months and 72 passes on the dyno to tune it. Issues from a pegging MAF to possible spark knocking.

The tedious crap that got in the way and the length time it took is what has me dreading doing this again. The tune from the last guy is the reason Im going back to the dyno again. 72 runs and he still couldnt get it right, well nearly. To hopefully correct some minor flaws in his tune. Doing a remap. Hopefully it will go over better this time with the shop Im dealing with now. Hopefully it can be done in one day with fewer than 10 passes.<-- This Im told is the time it takes for a dyno tune typically. That in my other concern is the chances of the engine blowing. After 72 runs from the last guy I dont know how much more the motor has got in it. I hope this isnt anything like my last experience with the dyno. This guy promise to deliver. Lets see how it goes. Ill keep you updated.

Man you just had a bad tuner, it shouldn't take more than 10 pulls to map out a good tune, and especialyl with you looking like you're running n/a. The MAF has no reason to peg on an N/A car, the flow isn't getting crazy or anything.

Good luck man, I know how it feels to be leary of who tunes your car, the person i trust the most on does chebbys, but I have a few good ones. Word of mouth is the best thing to go off of when shopping around as well.
