... my grandparents recently passed away....

not the point.

they had a lincoln town car

my aunt is giving me 10% if i can find some one to buy it. looks like i'll have some money for a sound system

... and yes i wanted to drop the 4.6 from it in my car, but my family wasn't too into that idea.

out of curiosity, what all would be needed to to that swap & would all the parts fit the mustang?

I forget, are mechanical gauges more reliable and more commonly preferred than electrical. Also how hard is it to wire up a boost, wideband, and water temp or oil temp (another important gauge suggestion?). Not mustang related, new car related. I would have an exhaust shop do the wideband O2 install but I feel like I would have to do the wiring and whatnot. Never done anything like this so I have no idea, can anyone help?

Electrical is preferred when you don't want the physical thing you are measuring in your dash. Like if you have a mechanical oil pressure gauge, you need to run an oil line to the gauge which could leak in your passenger compartment, whereas the electrical will have a sender on the oil line and you only run wires to the gauge. Mechanical gauges are cheaper tho and usually do not even require a power source, unless you have back lighting on them.

Okay electrical it is. What would be a good one besides boost and a wideband? How much do you think a decent performance shop would charge to install all 3 including do the O2 sensor for the wideband?

Transmission Temp might not be a bad idea if you are installing on an automatic. I have no idea for install cost, but if you just have an exhaust shop throw an 02 bung in the exhaust as close to the engine as possible (for accuracy) you should be able to install the wideband by yourself, its just a lot of snaking wiring around. Sidenote: most boost gauges are mechanical, since leaking air isnt exactly real hazardous haha

Yes, I heard the ATC recordings today. The tower screwed up. They almost guided him into two other aircraft. What he did saved lives (dispite the flak he's taken for crashing). The FAA is saying he did amazing, and they are investigating the tower. At one point, the tower's safety guy cut off the controller, and over ruled his misdirection to help Jack out.

Lots of unneeded extra piping. Do a conventional turbo set up.
