Yeah, not sure if I'll have it M112'd at the time, but it'll definitely be 4.2l I'm starting threads over at V6P asking about what kind of power my ideal setup will be able to hold. I'm hoping to hear that P/P heads with bowl work and ported exhaust/intake ports, P/P lower intake, 4.2l stroker, LT Headers, Custom cam, M112, and high flow cats will get me to my goal of 350 HP without the need for forged internals. I know our 3.8's get iffy around 350, but I'm crossing my fingers to hear that this will hold that kind of power no problem. If I don't need to buy forged internals then I will most definitely have the entire setup complete by the summer.

Its really a ticking time bomb at or above that power with a blower from what I've seen/read. A few guys pushed over 400 to the wheels for a little while before something let go but that was with a turbo. With those mods listed and a good tune you shouldn't have a problem reaching 300-325rwhp which would be much safer than 350+ on the stock rotating assembly.
