Hey, we BOTH knew it would happen. And for those not in the loop, yesterday I had tomove a shark from a 250,000 gallon Reef exhibit to a 600,000 gallon shark display. I was doing it with an all female team, of which only one had really done that kind of thing before. I told Alex if I didn't show up here last night, to tell you guys I was killed by a shark. Ironic as it is, the dang thing NAILED me on the right forearm. Something I'm used to I guess.

Since I was 7 I wanted to be a Marine Biologist, I studied and obsessed.
I had my chance when I was 14, a full (unpaid) 4 year (4 summers actually) apprenticeship at Monterey Bay Aquarium.

I pussied out though because I didn't want to live by myself on my own houseboat loaned out by the aquarium.

In retrospect, that was ****ing dumb as hell on my part.

Just a little tidbit about me I guess, so if we ever meet up irl it would be fun.


btw, I found a new, freshly painted black 01/04 Steeda wing with new in plastic aluminum winglets for $100 dollars. I found it the day we were talking about yours but only got a reply back today.

They said they still have it, now I just have to see if they will take pay-pal and are willing to ship it.

How much do you suppose it would cost to ship?
