They are asking 80K. Im gonna offer 75 but take the mortgage out for 100.

932 sq ft, 100' x 120' double lot, its only a 2 bedroom, one floor house tho. Good starter home.

First thing that will happen is garage expansion w/ a hoist.

That snows coming up here. Supposed to get close to two feet.

Fink I'd lowball them a little more than that. Thats how my father just got the beach house haha I think they were asking slightly over 450 and he offered 350. Hes a weird guy with money. Took the whole family to italy a few years back but will buy cvs brand like tape instead of scotch tape, or will still haggle with people for prices on stuff haha

Noo not jewish haha hes just weird, but it works out well. I can't believe you just posted that song. We've gotten worse here, back maybe 12-13 years we got a little blizzard and it snowed probably 3 feet in two days. I'm sure fink has some worse stories

we dont even have a foot and a half accumulated this year. So messed, this summer it rained 30+ inches, then it barely snows in the winter.

An expansion will cost quite a bit, you would be better off finding a 2 car garage for a little more and taking the extra to build a shop out back.

You could of course forget about an expansion on that and just put a shop out back as secondary parking and workshop.

I dont know what the building codes are up there but a pit or two would be less expensive than a lift.

My dad is a general contractor on the side so he can help me with it. In floor heating wont allow me have a pit, and I would want to be able to put a car on the lift then drive another car underneath.

i was going to add on to the back of the garage, since the backyard is huge. Turn the current garage into a theatre room or something.

I dunno, this is just thoughts.. gotta get the place first.
