MY BRAKE WOES ARE OVER!!!!!!
After all the crap I went through trying to find out what the hell was wrong with my brakes I finally got it.
Apparently since I bought my car with 73k and three fouled spark plugs I was running extremely rich. This resulted in a pool of gasoline that flooded my vac booster and ruined the seals between the booster and the fire wall which created the water leak also... WONDERFUL

Some low blows there! lol
Its awesome that she is getting a Z, she should think about doing bushings all around and a good set of struts and shocks.
Because of the age, the old rubber bushings are in need of changing.
New, better than stock shocks and struts are also great to do at the same time.
Better brakes are also an awesome idea, good pads and rotors do wonders for the Z.
When looking to buy one make sure they have had the 120k engine maint done at least in the last 30k miles with paperwork and be sure they used only NISMO parts, there are better than stock Timing belts but for everything else I swear by NISMO.
A 120K Maint kit is about $560 for dealers that do 10% above cost, the cost to put it in though can cost 4x that much so thats why its good to be sure the last owner did it.
If you have any other questions about Z's just PM me.
