SC VS Stock 98 head comparison
Anyone have any info? What about any other stock heads that can be found decently easy?

SC heads are more or less the same as the Mustang heads. The only difference is more coolant passages. I used to have a side by side pic, not sure if I still do.
As for 'better' heads, all we get to work with are stock units - and they are all about the same. However, a nicely ported single port head can flow as much as a ported split port.
