are you looking to put a stockish 4R70 in it or use a C4/C6?

Sounds about right. You will also need the trans wire harness, auto PCM, shifter, shifter cable, you will have to loop your clutch pedal wires so the car starts without the pedal installed (very easy, just two wires you tie together). You will also need a dipstick and dipstick tube.

I just did this swap in my 2000 GT and if you can take your tranny out IMO you can do this swap.

Another thing that people don't realize is that you have to get your PATS turned off so your key will work with the new PCM (assuming the V6 guys have computer chips in their keys).

i want a stockish 4r70 for now. it can handle more power than i can make at this boost level.

I was just throwing numbers around to make a point. Notice how I said "If" in my post. I wasn't stating how much the car is worth or anything like that.
