So I'm finally getting around to fixing my error codes. I replaced my cam position sensor but I'm not quite sure how to fix the P0443 code. I thought it was an O2 sensor but when I looked it up it says evap emission system purge control valve circuit.

Does anyone know how to fix this code?

 

I had that code, it can be several things, quickest and easiest would be the fuel cap. That didn't fix mine, it ended up being the Charcoal Canister Purge Solenoid. But that code can be a big pain to fix.

 

Yea, it's not my fuel cap :/ is the charcoal canister solenoid the same thing as the evap circuit solenoid? I also got some troubleshooting steps from a dealership and they mention the PCM a lot. I really hope It's not the PCM

 

Ok, so I've started looking at this again after just ignoring it for a while. I checked the purge valve resistance and it was around 78Ω so that is fine. What are other things to check for the P0443 code?
