Default 2004 V6 full throttle problem?

I took apart my Intake Manifold to get to the IMRC and once I was done I correctly reattached every vacuum hose, power connector you name it. So I took her out for a drive and I floor it for a few seconds and she doesn't full throttle anymore and as the car moves up in speed decently it hovers around 2K RPMS for a while even around 40 MPH and then finally goes up. I am right next to E on gas and was due for an oil change 300 miles ago if that helps. It did this a while ago before but went away on it's own, don't remember how long it took to go away and came back after me taking apart the Intake manifold four months later. Could dirt or something have gotten in the cylinders possibly? Any help would be much appreciated
