Default Suspension sound after installing swar bar/bullit wheels

I installed my 17" Bullits and GT take-off front sway-bar a couple of weeks ago and I have developed a popping sound sometime since then. It only happens when I go over a hard bump or make a tight right turn (not left). I got the car up on jack stands and had a look. It appears that the passenger side spring is not flush against the plate on the bottom of the strut assembly, there is about a 1/2" gap. On the drivers side (no noise) the spring meets against the plate flushly. Taking it to the dealer in the morning. I'm thinking it could be addressed in the following TSB:

Anybody had this problem before?

Also taking it in for the front leather seats not connected at the bottom and the gas tank refill problem.

I wonder if you could talk them into replacing the springs with Eibach ones, since they would have to take it apart anyway? then you just pay for the back ones to get installed... hmmmmm mine was made 12-04 and I just noticed the popping also...

Well, I dropped it off this morning, I guess I'll see later on this afternoon. I might get new springs in the future, but not right now. Besides I can put those on myself and probably could have fixed this myself, but it's free, guaranteed, and under warranty...

P.S. - Truxtun keep us posted on that Hellwig swaybar when you get it, thats probably going on next paycheck for me if you have a good experience with it.

Well, I diagnosed it perfectly (was pretty easy to do). The problem was addressed in the following TSB like I thought:
TSB 05-9-11 FRONT SUSPENSION POPPING NOISE WHILE TURNING RIGHT OR LEFT—VEHICLES BUILT BEFORE 4/8/2005
They had to order the parts, so it actually got fixed today. Problem is 100% corrected. Driving it home I took a few hard turns where it had popped before, no problem at all.

Also had the bottom of the front leather seats attached, look great.

Didn't end up getting the gas tank TSB done because they would have had to take the exhaust off, and I didn't want them to do that (I just got it all aligned perfectly!). No worries, I just don't fill up at BPs with the goofy nozzle and I'm set.

I've probably the same problem that you do with the gas nozzle shutting off until I do stupid human tricks to keep it going. It seems that it usually does it in the winter when they up the nozzle pressure making me have to freeze just to get fuel into it. I believe mine was built in August 2004 from the dates on stuff but I don't recall the front end popping.
