Default RE: modding question... take it slow ?

ORIGINAL: muze one

I've gotta say...I have the best wife ever!
It was her idea for me to buy the v6 convert (maybe because she plans on using it more than I!).
She's all with me doing the mods - I just put a lightbar and an AFE intake, picking up front and rear GT bumpers this weekend, going to duals in 2-3 weeks once ythe parts come in.
It's like Christmas for me...forget the Father's Day gifts...I'm good for along time...now if only i can get those Shelby CS66's..!!!

It's great to have a wife that goes along with the car thing. My wife may give your a run for her money as far as best wife ever when it comes to the car game.. I've spent about 2 1/2ys and probably about $25 grand on my 02 getting where i wanted it and it still isn't necessarily done but it is as far as it is going for while. Since the wife picked up her mustang a month ago it has become the new toy. It has totally amazed me on how much my wife has picked up just from listening to me constantly talking about doing this, that and the other to my car. Now that she has her own she is constantly asking about what we can do to it next. After all she has given up and put up with for me to build my car it is the most that i can do to build her car how she wants it now. Actually i am really looking forward to messing with this car just to see how nice of a street car we can build this thing into and then shock people when they find out it is not a gt. This is going to be fun.
