Best and Worst in Reliability?

Best and Worst in Reliability?
I was looking at the "America's 'Meanest' Vehicles" bit on MSN today when I ran across the Consumer Reports' "Best and Worst in Reliability" survey. I was kinda suprised to see the '05 V6 listed in the "least reliable" section. Since I'm not a subscriber to Consumer Reports, I can't see all the details. Why would the V6 make that list but not the V8? Are they really that different in terms of reliability? I found another survey from Consumer Reports where the V8 made it on the "most reliable" list. Other than the well-known first year bugs, most of which were rather small in my opinion, I haven't heard of any engine problems with the V6 models. Do you guys know what made the V6 recieve such low scores on that survey? I wish I could read the full article, but I'm not giving Consumer Reports my credit card number just for that. Well, it's time for breakfast here. Thanks for any info on this subject.

RE: Best and Worst in Reliability?
I saw the same article and dismissed it. Often with CR, the difference between the best and the worst of any product is minimal. A good friend of mine swears by the magazine and uses it to decide on most purchases. I choose to read it and move on.
