can this void the warranty of my car like if i tune and C&L intake will i void my engine's warranty

I've only dealt with Brenspeed and can vouch for his excellent customer service, calls back when he says he is and will take the time to answer any questions you can have. I have the MAC straight shot (C&L didn't have an intake for the V6 when I got mine) and have no complaints with his tunes.
