Default exhaust ?

i wanted to switch the exhaust on my v6 and im new to mustangs .. i have no idea what would be best .. i want something with a nice sound and moderately priced .. any ideas ? thanks

GT take off is your best bet for price and sound.

i got a v6 and im converting to duals whats is the best aftermarket dual exhaust with nice classic muscle car sound?

You'll never get that v8 "muscle car" sound even with duals...that said i like GT's best for sound, much better then what we have but still not too loud.

GT take offs? I got mine for 60+shipping on ebay, then you just need a shop to fab the pipes and do the install if you want, 200-250 usually.

I agree with the GT takeoffs. I got mine from Saleen with the whole body kit, it cost me $700 and included bumper covers, rockers, grill/fog lights. I decided to go this way because a Magnaflo cat-back system was about $500 plus install and I didn't like the idea of having to make a cutout for the extra tailpipe; I just thought it would look half-assed (no offense). The muffler shop charged $200 to install and the body shop installed all the body parts for exchange for the old parts.
P.S. They sound excellent!
