noticed a difference in mine also especially with the new exhaust.

Nothing real exciting...but I got my K&N filter the other day and put it in. I love the little difference it makes.

I have a GT muffler enroute to finish the only mods I plan on making, have installed the drop in K&N. I have a set of K&N's on my 99 YAMAHA ROYAL STAR VENTURE and they are a great addition to any vehicle, mostly for the ease of maintenance and longevity.

Like several others, the K&N drop-in was my very first mod... wow... seems like ages ago! I recall noticing a very slight performance boost and a bit better mileage. And, it's nice knowing all those paper filters aren't going to be filling up land fills.
