Default Adjusting the clutch pedal

As much and my wife and I love our Mustang, we have a small problem. "Small" being my wife, she's 4'11" and can only push the clutch pedal in all the way if she puts the seat almost all the way forward. She doesn't feel all that comfortable that close to the wheel though. Is there a way to adjust the pedal so it "engages" quicker? If not, I'm going to take the blocks off of her big girl bicycle pedals and tape them to the clutch pedal! (no, not really)......................(cause then how could she ride her bike?).

<pre-ducking to avoid the smack to the back of my head>
