Yeah I've been using it for a while to reflash whenever I change octane.. but I never stray from the stock tune.

I see there are some options that we can mess with. Anything worth looking at?

are u even serious? not nocking... just that u wrote a huge section highly detailed on installing bumper... and u dont know what the x-cal 2 "thingy" can do?

any way.... u can tune u car for better performance / economy... i Think someone will know more than me i sure hope

Haha, yes! The title was purely a joke... we could use some humor around here, yknow? So, yes, I do know what it can do for me as far as performance and such.

What I AM asking is, specifically, what can I do with the tuner on my end? Right before you flash the tuner prompts you with a message asking if you want to make optional changes... or something along those lines. When I click "YES" it uses jargon out of my league.. so I just click "NO" and go about with a 87/89/91 tune.. whichever I'm filling up with at the time.

when chris from SCT gave me my new tuner he left it pretty much wide open for me. but i aint tuchin a thing. i am happy with the tunes and all i can do is mess it up. the things that you may want to do is recalibrate your spedo if you get gears or some mess with timing. but remembering that i blow things up for a living. im pretty mush staying out of this one.

I attempted to bump timing 2deg but started to ping with 89/91 Octane mix in 91 Octane tune so I backed off.
