I personally would rather have a 69 Camaro but i'd say go for it i agree with the mustang for the dd and the camaro for the stripped down all go no show but i also agree with the geting dyno and at least a test drive.

+1 These guys trying to shame you out of it are afraid you'll kick their asses on the strip/street. Who cares what it looks like; have any of you even been to the strip? There are all kinds of funky cars out there making crazy power/ET's.
ORIGINAL: AmericanMuscle4.6GT

personally, i dont see the question here. have the stang as a DD; and the camaro as your track/beast car/showoff car/fun car.

i say 10000000% GO FOR IT.

take the advice of a total stranger who knows nothing of your personal situation or wants.

lol just messin with u. seriously, i'd get more info about these power claims, and in the end, go for it.
Ya, 9 second pintos and a 10 second station wagon. ROFL.

my car previos to my black 05 mustang was a black 92rs drop top.i loved that car.it had a ton of problems however, but it was stock.the car your looking probably wouldnt turn out as bad considering the guy re did the engine.i also heard that the 91's had a lot less problems than 92's somewhere.supposedly 91 was a good year for the camaro.anyway that car is a beautifull car and when i had mine i got a lot of compliments for it even though it was 13 years old! there great looking cars, fun to drive and the sound from them is amazing.youll like it.i would go for it, just dont drop too much money on it!

I'm not gonna say don't do it because it's a Camaro. I say don't do it because 3rd and 4th Gen F-Bodies tend to be high milage cars that have been driven very, very, very hard. You might actually end up dropping more money into it to keep it on the road.

That's just me.
