@Redalertlb
I called Shelby today they said looks like about 8 weeks, the ones they have been getting in now have been going on the GT-H cars. I ask them if you put an order in now and 8 or more weeks go by and I haven't recieved it yet can I cancel with no problem and a full refund of the $299.00 he said yes no problem. He also said they already have orders in so the first ones in are going to customers who placed orders that are waiting. I also agree with you on the prices not bad at all no huge markup per Shelby parts.
@Rygn
Yep we are on the same page Rygen car looks nice. hey Rygn do you happen to know or read what RWHP this car/Paxton is putting down? I believe the 350 is at the flywheel not RWHP I 'd like to know compared to the ProCharger & Vortech don't remember reading that 6 months ago when we had that long thread/threads on the CS6. I know the Paxton Novi 1200 is only avail for the CS6 but just curious on the RWHP#'s.

I'll take the Cobra on the lift... that is a Cobra isn't it? What year? Don't they crank like 450 HP or something? I remember seeing a show on cars and they said the Cobra was the fastest car ever made for a while... does that sound right?
Anyone who knows what they're talkin about wanna chime in?

As for the original 427 Cobra S/C, its stats are: 427 FE Ford side-oiler with cross bolted mains. single 780 cfm Holley. 485 HP at 6500 RPM, 475 ft-lbs of torque at 3700 RPM. Ford Toploader transmission. Wt: 2150 lbs, wheelbase 90", 42 gallon fuel tank for racing, 3.77:1 final drive standard. 3.09, 3.31,3.54,4.09 rear gears optional. Price in 1965: $9750.00. Street 427 car $7495.00.
Top speed according to a 1974 Road & Track review:162 MPH
Quarter mile time 12.3 seconds
0-100-0 11.1 seconds
It was the fastest production car made until c.1969 when the Ferrari Daytona Spyder was unveiled.
It was the quickest production car made until the Maserati Boomerang was debuted.
To my knowledge no production car has surpassed its 0-100-0 time
