Default exhaust dampers

Does anybody know where to get exhaust dampers that can be clamped on to the muffler or tailpipe so they could be moved around for correct plsacement ? I installed a Mrt muffler and it was super loud so I installed a Aero turbine resonator which cut the sound and drone down so It sounds real sweet with a nice rumble. The problem i am having is that i still get this terrible metallic rattle in the center of the dash when accelerating at about 2000 rpm i figure it is from vibration as the stock muffler had a damper and the MRT doesn't.

Thanks
