it is sort of a catch 22..if you do something or say something they may do something to you, wife, car or home but if you ignore them..it pisses them off more to do something as well. get a tag # and keep it handy that way if anything happens to your car, home, you or your wife..you call the police.

if it were me, i would also keep a log of everything. dates/times etc.

 

IMO, you should call the cops anyway. What if he's doing this to other people? The police get a few phone calls and he won't be doing it for long.

 

That sux man, hate stupidasses like that. Thats what I like to call the little ***** syndrome. And its kinda funny that he called you a homo, but isnt he the one rollin around with another dude? And just so you all know, the more someone is homophobic the greater the chances of them being gay.
But, at any rate, you should call the Police station file a complaint, just so they have it on record, so if he does come around again theyll have a incident report or whatever, and it'll be a repeat complaint, they WILL do something about it.
Also, when you go to the gym lift for bulk, not tone (heavy weight, low reps). I guarantee people will quick phuckin w/ u. I had the same problems when I was younger, I'm a late bloomer, when I was 19 I was 5"7" and maybe 140lbs. Im 30 now and since then Ive grown 7" and gained 60lbs of mostly muscle, NO ONE ****** w/ me anymore. Its kinda funny, cuz Im actually a very peaceful guy. Until you mess w/ me or my loved ones. Property can be replaced, people cant. I try not to sweat the smaller stuff. You did the right thing.

The fact that he stopped to talk smack to your wife has me thinking he's one dangerous coward. I'd call the police now and at least get the paper trail going on this aggressive pup.

my husband had some kids scratch into the side of his truck bed - F*** you ****** - the police treated it as a hate crime.

Since i do play paintball, that might be an option if i'm ever in that situation.
