Dang, I would have bet $$$ that unhooking the battery would have fixed it. Oh well, I'm glad your back up and running and can do your shoot Wednesday. Are you gonna give us sneak peaks from the shoot?
scary **** dude... i just got to the thread now,a nd read it all through, i was gonna recomend checking all the fuses, since you had an electrical issue, its what i always do before i pull out my hand dandy volt meter..
now my recomendation to you is to bring it in to where you get your work done, (if its your tech buddy thats where youll bring it, i guess ) and determine WHY the fuse let go, there was obviously some resistance built up in the system, find out why, so it doesnt happen again
