if your paint chips are small enough, I'd recommend going to an auto parts store. They have little bottles of paint in OEM colors. You buy your color, plus some clear coat, spot putty, and some very fine sandpaper. All that should cost about $15-$20. Use a small razor blade to apply a little bit of the spot putty to fill in your chip & let that dry. Sand it smooth, being careful not to sand the good paint around the chip. Then apply the paint... usually has like a nail polish type brush. Then same with the clear coat. Then use the really fine sandpaper to smooth it out.
that's the way i do it, but it's not the only way.
