He just stopped by Holly crap that muffler sounds awesome, really deep for a single! It will sound awesome once he gets the duals installed!
Oh yah.....and that lancer that hit me got totaled built ford tough.
my buddy thats doing all the work is going to repair it, hes doing all the labor, install and any painting needed for 300 bucks.

I would have to agree.. the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust looks promising!!! I'm no mechanic, but I had always thought an exhaust must be welded...from what I'm reading in the install instructions, the stock exhaust is not welded and this could be installed using a socket set, a jack, and a couple beers?

I just got and installed my ford racing exhaust and I love it. THe sound is nice, exactly as you described. Installation was easy as well.
