I added a HURST dual gate shifter to my 79 TRANS AM back in the eighties. It went in easy, I suspect the B&M will go into the MUSTANG in much the same manner, unlike the MANUAL which would require linkage and some under the car work. I love most of the things on my 05, but this OEM shifter has got to go. I would love to have a T-HANDLE on the new shifter as well, mostly for appearance and comfort.

I believe that for this install there is some under the car work.

That's OK, I'm at the age where I pay someone to put these things in anyway. I'm in my fifties now and don't need to get aggravated doing jobs like this, I have a great local shop that will do the job well and for a fair price (and they have a lift that I don't have).
