Default RE: K&N Filter MPG gain - False?

I have them in my MUSTANG and my motorcycle, mostly for ease of maintenance. If you have modified your exhaust, then it wouldn't hurt to put in the K&N, as it should be less restrictive then the paper OEM filter. More air in, more air out; more performance and it should lean out the fuel mix a touch (unless the sensors take over).
