My first Ding

RE: My first Ding
Thanks all for the replies. I got The Ding King--some Seen on TV ding fixer-uper--today. I didn't expect much, but it got most of the ding out, and I am sure that if I work on it for a day or so I can get the ding 90% fixed on my own till I feel ready to pay $375 and loose my car for a day.
Again thanks.
Again thanks.

YOU sound like my girl...
To her the mustang is just a car, and it is just a ding. To me... "The end of the world as we know it" like she refers to my reaction and complaining. But she’s getting sick of it, so soon it will be fixed. Being together is so nice…

RE: My first Ding
I know just how you feel. I was backing into a shady parking spot in my 2005 Mineral Grey V6 base model and I didn't see this pole with a security light on top of it. The base was concrete and I barely touched it with the side of my bumper. The big problem was it also touched the quater panel. It was $426 to fix the bumper and paint and clearcoat the whole quater panel. I fixed it and then traded it 2 weeks later for a new 2006 Tungsten Grey V6 PP and IUP. I bought that a week before they extended the warrenty to 5 years/60,000 miles and 2 months before they came out with 0% for 72 months. This has not been a good year for buying cars for me!
