I put mine on in the driveway with the car sitting on the ground. I did have some finagling to do because of the width of my wheels and the car being lowered 2". The hardest part of the whole thing is bolting the rear sway bar bracket to the rear wheel because it's hard to get your hand in there to hold the nut ( the ford nuts help big time). You could put jack stands under the rear axle, take the wheels off and it would be easier. The front links require two wrenches so they don't spin. All in all a very easy install.
